Description
Bring your machining expertise to a hands-on aerospace and defense supplier in Marysville, where precision parts and complex structural components help support commercial and military aircraft programs. This Machinist opportunity offers the chance to work on multi-material aerospace-grade work using complex, low-volume, high-mix production.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Machinist position include:
- Multiaxis machining experience (up to 5-axis).
- Strong milling experience (mill machines are used in-house).
- Ability to set up and run complex parts in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
- Experience working with aerospace-grade materials such as aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Readiness to manage multiple machines (running around 3 machines at a time).
- Aerospace experience is highly desired, but not required.
- Support production needs across morning or swing shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends for overtime when needed.
Salary: $33 - $43 per hour.
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverages are available with the company covering a portion (for a single person, it costs $150 per month), 2 weeks of vacation, a 401(k) match up to 4% of your salary if you contribute at least 6%, and an annual bonus.
