3-Month Extended Payment Plan
Need an option to extend your payment? Consider our 6-month plan to extend your payment. Our fee is 21% of the employee’s first year’s compensation and will be invoiced in thirteen (13) equal weekly installments. During the 3-Month period, if the hired employee terminates prematurely then we will stop invoicing. (Example: If the hired employee terminates on week 3, then invoices 4 through 13 are no longer due.)
Example: $60,000 Salary x 21% = $969.23 weekly pay-as-you-go
6-Month Extended Payment Plan
Need an option to extend your payment? Consider our 6-month plan to extend your payment. Our fee is 23% of the employee’s first year’s compensation and will be invoiced in twenty-six (26) equal weekly installments. During the 6-Month period, if the hired employee terminates prematurely then we will stop invoicing. (Example: If the hired employee terminates on week 9, then invoices 10 through 26 are no longer due.)
Example: $60,000 Salary x 23% = $530.77 weekly pay-as-you-go
12-Month Extended Payment Plan
Need even more time to pay? Consider our 12-month plan to extend your payment. Our fee is 27% of the employee’s first year’s compensation and will be invoiced in fifty-two (52) equal weekly installments. During the 12-Month period, if the hired employee terminates prematurely then we will stop invoicing. (Example: If the hired employee terminates on week 30, then invoices 31-52 are no longer due.)
Example: $60,000 Salary x 27% = $311.54 weekly pay-as-you-go
90-Day Pro-Rated Credit Guarantee
Are you looking for a cost saving alternative? Perhaps our traditional fee schedule is the option for you. For our 90-Day pro-rated credit guarantee, our fee is 18.5% of the employee’s first year’s compensation. If the employee terminates prematurely (during the first 90 days), then we will pro-rate a credit that never expires, and apply it towards the next search.
Example: $60,000 Salary x 18.5% = $11,100 in 10 days + 90-day pro-rated guarantee
