Description
CNC Machine Operator opportunity in Easton, PA for an innovative, human-centered manufacturer creating office products that support healthier, more productive workspaces. This is an exciting chance to join a stable, growing, tight-knit team in a clean, air-conditioned shop where you’ll work on custom, non-repetitive projects and take ownership of senior-level machining responsibilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machine Operator position include:
- 5-7+ years of true machining experience with the ability to set up jobs from scratch and work independently.
- Set up and operate CNC and manual mills/lathes, with HAAS machine experience strongly preferred.
- Edit programs and offsets using G-code and conversational programming; Mastercam experience is a plus.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, make real-time adjustments, and optimize production processes.
- Read blueprints, perform first-piece inspections, and use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain tooling, complete ERP documentation, and support process improvement efforts.
- Assist and mentor junior machinists while typically managing one machine at a time.
- Work a 1st shift Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime and rare Saturdays.
Salary: $25 - $34 per hour, commensurate with experience.
