In this Office Assistant role, you’ll help keep a fast-paced office running smoothly while supporting customers, invoices, and day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Office Assistant position include:
- QuickBooks experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer service and phone skills
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Enter AP invoices and process sales/deposits
- Support managers and handle general office duties
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
Salary: $22 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
