Bring your boundary, ALTA, and topographic expertise to a Tampa-based surveying team where independent production drafting and strong client-facing communication make a measurable impact on real projects. In this Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) opportunity, you’ll help deliver multi-site commercial survey work with clear QA/QC, reliable project management, and a planned progression toward future Survey Manager leadership over approximately 3 years.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Florida Professional Surveyor And Mapper (PSM) position include:
- Active Florida PSM license in good standing with Florida boundary surveying and boundary-analysis experience
- Independent field-to-finish drafting ability (top priority that materially affects compensation)
- Strong project-management capability, including QA/QC and schedule ownership
- Client communication skills and a collaborative, leadership-ready mindset
- Experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, elevation certificates, as-built, and construction-related surveying
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently and function as a peer professional depending on experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable survey drafting software
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Paid holidays after 90 days; PTO after 6 months; company-paid required CE, Florida PSM license renewal, and approved professional memberships. No current medical, dental, vision, or retirement benefits.
