Build your career with a high-autonomy construction team making a long-term impact across complex commercial and industrial buildouts in Mayer, Arizona. The Construction Project Manager will help lead major projects with direct leadership interaction, managing multiple active efforts from planning through closeout.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience
- Manage 15-20 active projects, including commercial buildings and major concrete, utility, airstrip, hangar, warehouse, barns, processing plants, and self-sustaining work
- Lead pre-construction planning, including scope development, budget review, and schedule creation
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules using BuilderTrend, including look-ahead schedules and critical path planning
- Source, qualify, and onboard subcontractors; issue RFPs, review bids, and support award recommendations
- Manage budgets from award through final billing, including change orders, pay applications, and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Coordinate field execution with superintendents and design teams, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance
- Drive closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, occupancy permits, and delivery of closeout documentation
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
