Commercial Project Manager is an exciting opportunity in Winnebago, IL with a fast-growing, family-friendly commercial construction team known for quality, professionalism, and a strong reputation built over years of delivering exceptional results. This role offers variety and autonomy while working on commercial pools and water-focused recreational facilities across the Midwest, with every project bringing new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 3+ years of construction experience managing projects, schedules, subcontractors, budgets, or field operations (commercial pool experience is a plus)
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project quality
- Conduct site visits and solve field issues
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead projects from start to successful completion
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
