Jeff Church

Jeff is a Reston, Virginia native and a proud graduate of Christopher Newport University who has recently made the move to the Tampa area, where he’s been settling in for the past month and a half. Those who know him best would describe him as easygoing and genuinely friendly—someone who’s approachable, grounded, and always willing to lend a hand. He draws inspiration from his favorite quote, “Under the bludgeonings of chance / My head is bloody, but unbowed,” a line that reflects his resilience and steady determination. What motivates Jeff most is helping others and taking pride in completing every task to the best of his ability, knowing he gave the job his full effort. He values the culture at DAVRON and the sense of connection it fosters, and outside of work he enjoys staying active and sharp through hikes with his dogs, lifting weights, and playing chess.
