Senior Project Manager – Construction is a hands-on operations leadership role managing water, fire, and damage reconstruction projects from signed contract through final completion.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
- Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously (typically 10–15 active projects)
- Restoration experience preferred; residential construction experience is acceptable
- Manage subcontractors, timelines, budgets, materials, and day-to-day execution
- Strong communication with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Airtable (other transferable software is okay)
- Track performance using cash collected per month, project cycle time, gross margin, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate site logistics and procurement to keep projects on time, on margin, and at a high level of quality
Salary: $125,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on experience.
