A family-owned organization is seeking an Integrator/Sports Division in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for a proven operator to take ownership of a high-growth division, drive performance, and work closely with executive leadership in a confidential, highly impactful role.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Integrator/Sports Division position include:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial or specialty construction leadership experience, including at least 7 years with full P&L accountability for a $50M+ business unit
- Lead and integrate key business functions including sales, preconstruction, engineering, operations, survey, regional market development, and business development
- Demonstrated EOS, Scaling Up, or equivalent operating system experience, including L10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts
- Own division revenue, gross margin, operating income, EBITDA contribution, safety, quality, working capital performance, and client outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable senior direct reports while driving talent decisions, succession planning, and performance outcomes
- Proficiency with construction estimating systems such as HCSS HeavyBid or equivalent, project management platforms, and ERP-level financial reporting
- Travel up to 35% to active project sites and regional offices
Salary: $250,000 - $285,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
