Build your future with a growing, mission-driven construction organization delivering complex base building renovations across the Washington, D.C. market. In this Executive Vice President opportunity, you’ll help build and lead the mechanical and plumbing operations that support preventative maintenance, replacements, and renovations on commercial projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Executive Vice President position include:
- 10+ years of experience in the commercial multifamily MEP space with 3+ years of leadership experience; plumbing or mechanical background, specifically mechanical.
- Successful track record building and leading teams, with HVAC and plumbing project execution in the $500K–$5M range.
- Financial acumen including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Deep relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems, multitask, and react quickly.
- Operational leadership to assist the President in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Team management to oversee departments and ensure efficient, effective company operations.
- Support compliance and safety, monitor performance via KPIs, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. (Open to a higher salary for a well-qualified candidate)
