Take the next step with a family-run HVAC team in Rock Springs, WY, where you’ll work on a balanced mix of residential and commercial service and installation while helping shape a growing HVAC division. This Master HVAC Technician / Lead HVAC Manager opportunity keeps you hands-on in the field, with the chance to mentor 1-2 apprentices and support day-to-day scheduling and process improvements.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Master HVAC Technician / Lead HVAC Manager position include:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required
- Master HVAC license and EPA Universal certification required (WY accepts valid UT or CO licensing)
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC service and installation
- Ability to read and interpret commercial prints
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your day-to-day
- Self-managing and able to manage/mentor 1-2 apprentices
- Support bidding and estimating when needed and help build processes for a growing HVAC division
- Field-based work across southwest Wyoming with occasional after-hours/on-call, out-of-town, and overnight travel
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
