In this Sales Manager opportunity, you’ll drive business development across the market through field-based relationship building and project pursuit.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial construction business development or sales experience.
- Commercial construction sales experience strongly preferred, with the ability to “talk the talk” of construction.
- Proven ability to build relationships in the construction industry with an existing network of industry contacts.
- Strong understanding of construction projects and terminology.
- Generate new business opportunities and revenue growth in the DFW market.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to secure commercial construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify qualified project leads.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams on project pursuits and proposals.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
