Description
Bring your B2B sales expertise to a fast-moving manufacturing environment in Plano, Texas, where advanced electronics and system integration create real customer impact from design through production. Sales Manager will help drive new customer opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships across a nationwide territory.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Manager position include:
- Identify, develop, and convert new customer opportunities in electronics manufacturing services, including SMT, PCBA, box-build assembly, TPMS, battery-related products, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Proactively initiate conversations with unfamiliar prospects and build new customer relationships.
- Represent the company confidently in customer meetings, facility tours, networking events, trade shows, and executive discussions.
- Use consultative, discovery-based selling to identify pain points and convert early conversations into clear next steps (including RFQs and qualified opportunities).
- Secure introductory meetings, customer visits, technical discussions, RFQs, and commercial opportunities, with strong pipeline discipline and follow-through.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to increase satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and support RFQ responses, proposals, cost models, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline/CRM data, and reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and customer activities.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
