Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director Of Engineering position include:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in engineering management.
- Develop and implement best-in-class engineering practices, processes, and standards.
- Lead and mentor the Engineering Department to ensure team development and high performance.
- Set departmental goals and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and evaluate design and product structures for compliance with engineering standards.
- Facilitate project and departmental meetings, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
Salary: $145,000–$155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
