In this Director of Engineering / Engineering Manager opportunity in Canton, OH you’ll lead multi-location engineering efforts and help deliver high-impact projects for power systems customers.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager position include:
- Senior-level electrical engineering leadership experience
- Strong background in power distribution, specifically electrical power distribution
- Hands-on industrial project experience with medium voltage
- Experience with wiring and National Electrical Code requirements
- Familiarity with ESR, ANSI, UL, and CA Title 24/state seal-related requirements
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 12-15 engineers across Ohio, California, and possibly Pennsylvania
- Oversee electrical engineering work for industrial power distribution projects, including medium voltage and wiring
- Quarterly travel as needed, with the ability to work fully in-office in Canton, OH
Salary: $130,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
