LAND O’ LAKES, FL – November 2, 2026 – DAVRON, a leading nationwide executive search and permanent placement firm specializing in the engineering, architecture, construction, and manufacturing industries, is proud to announce the promotion of Kejvi Cupa to Director of Artificial Intelligence.
Since joining DAVRON in January 2024, Cupa has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the company’s proprietary software and artificial intelligence platforms. His technical expertise, innovative approach, and leadership have helped position DAVRON at the forefront of AI-driven recruiting technology.
Under Cupa’s technical leadership, DAVRON has developed a growing portfolio of proprietary applications, including APEX AI Search, an advanced AI-powered candidate sourcing platform; Hermes, DAVRON’s proprietary AI messaging and candidate engagement system; and MoneyFlowX, a specialized platform supporting the company’s financial operations.
Cupa has also been instrumental in developing AI-powered resume enhancement technology designed to produce professionally formatted, applicant tracking system (ATS)-compatible resumes, along with numerous other applications that improve efficiency and productivity throughout DAVRON’s recruiting operations.
Expanding DAVRON's AI Capabilities
Cupa is currently leading the development of two additional proprietary platforms: AP Money (APEX Passive Search) and SentinelMAX.
AP Money is being developed to further expand DAVRON’s AI-powered passive candidate search capabilities, creating new opportunities to identify and connect qualified professionals with employers.
SentinelMAX is an AI-powered monitoring and engagement platform designed to support DAVRON’s Most Placeable Candidate (MPC) program, which represents exceptional candidates identified and personally evaluated by DAVRON recruiters. The platform is being designed to work alongside DAVRON’s recruiting professionals, helping monitor opportunities and support the presentation of qualified candidates to potential employers.
These new initiatives reflect DAVRON’s approach to artificial intelligence: combining the power of automation with the experience, judgment, and relationships of its recruiting professionals.
“Artificial intelligence is one of the greatest opportunities we’ve seen to fundamentally redefine the recruiting and staffing industry,” said Kejvi Cupa, Director of Artificial Intelligence at DAVRON. “We believe AI is a great equalizer, allowing us to accomplish things that previously required substantially greater resources. By developing and owning our technology, we can create solutions specifically tailored to our business, our recruiters, and the clients and candidates we serve.”
Building a Competitive Advantage Through In-House Innovation
DAVRON recently expanded its software engineering department with the addition of Quynh Nhu Thi Dang, Software Engineer, bringing its dedicated in-house development team to three professionals.
Unlike recruiting organizations that rely primarily on commercially available software, DAVRON owns and develops its proprietary applications internally. This approach enables the company to rapidly implement new technologies, customize workflows, and create AI solutions specifically designed for permanent placement recruiting in the engineering, architecture, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
“AI has a unique synergy with recruiting because it creates tremendous opportunities for everyone involved,” added Cupa. “It allows us to dramatically improve how we match candidates with opportunities, deliver greater value to our clients, and empower our recruiters to accomplish more than ever before. The real excitement is seeing how technology can amplify the capabilities of our people and turn something relatively small into something with an extraordinary impact.”
Cupa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida. During his academic career, he served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Peer Mentor while maintaining an exceptional 4.0 GPA.
In his new role, Cupa will oversee DAVRON’s artificial intelligence strategy, lead the development and implementation of proprietary software platforms, and guide the company’s expanding engineering team. His responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to integrate AI across recruiting, candidate engagement, business development, and operational workflows.
“Kejvi has been instrumental in turning our vision for AI into reality,” said David Coreen, President of DAVRON. “His combination of technical excellence, creativity, and understanding of our business is exceptional. With Kejvi leading our growing software engineering team, we’re building technology that gives DAVRON a meaningful competitive advantage while creating tremendous opportunities for our employees, clients, and candidates.”
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the employment landscape, DAVRON remains committed to investing in proprietary technology that strengthens human relationships, improves recruiting outcomes, and creates new opportunities for employers and job seekers nationwide.
