Bring your design and technical expertise to a thriving commercial interior architecture and design environment in Boca Raton, FL, where renovations and tenant improvements keep every project both challenging and impactful. In this Architect opportunity, you’ll help lead from start to finish while shaping corporate interiors with strong code knowledge and construction-ready documentation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
- Strong building code knowledge
- Design experience with commercial project experience preferred
- Construction Administration experience
- AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit is a plus
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Design development and construction documents
- Construction administration and project coordination throughout all phases
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical insurance (75% employer paid), dental insurance, 401(k) with 3% company match after one year, two weeks vacation, additional paid office closure between Christmas and New Year's, 40 hours sick time, paid overtime, and flexible scheduling (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with the office closing at 3:00 PM on Fridays.
