Bring your design expertise to a small, award-winning Memphis studio shaping shared outdoor spaces across the South and Southeast. In this Landscape Architect / Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead meaningful projects while contributing thoughtful design solutions and translating them into clear, buildable deliverables.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect / Project Manager position include:
• 5+ years of professional experience, including experience working in a consulting firm
• Prepare complete sets of construction documents, including planting and grading plans, with accuracy and constructability in mind
• Lead projects across programming, master planning, conceptual development, site design, cost estimating, public engagement, construction documents, and construction administration
• Develop compelling graphics and presentation materials that communicate design intent to a range of audiences
• Communicate and work directly with team members, clients, municipal officials, contractors, and other design professionals
• Represent the firm at client presentations, public agency meetings, community engagement sessions, and site visits
• Stay current on software skills and office standards to improve efficiency, organization, and quality of work
• Licensed Landscape Architect or actively working toward licensure
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
