Bring your design talent to a growing Clearwater and St. Petersburg construction and development team shaping custom, high-quality residential spaces. In this Interior Designer opportunity, you’ll help define the company’s signature look while supporting high-end projects from concept through construction, with a base at the Ulmerton office and a St. Petersburg office under construction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer position include:
- Minimum 3 years of interior design experience (custom/luxury residential experience preferred; 5+ years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree)
- Bachelor’s preferred in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field; associate’s considered with strong experience
- Professional portfolio featuring completed residential projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Strong plus: Canva, Chief Architect, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Buildertrend, or design procurement software
- Develop design concepts, select finishes/materials, and prepare specification packages
- Create client presentations and track approvals
- Manage design budgets, allowances, upgrades, and cost risks (final construction pricing handled separately)
Salary: $55 - $75 per hour
Benefits: Two weeks PTO plus holidays.
