This Construction Project Manager opportunity offers a supportive, family-owned environment with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and periodic site travel for key milestones.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Construction PM experience managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle, including design coordination, scheduling, subcontractors, submittals, milestones, and closeout.
- Coordinate with government clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver design and construction deliverables on schedule.
- Oversee design milestones, submittals, schedules, documentation, and contractual milestones.
- Coordinate fabrication, delivery, assembly, installation, and commissioning of modular building systems for secure facilities and other government projects.
- Manage subcontractor activities and coordinate MEP/electrical/mechanical and site-related construction requirements.
- Participate in kickoff meetings, design reviews, progress meetings, and client communications.
- Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling/coordination challenges, and help maintain budgets.
- Travel periodically for kickoffs, major milestones, deliveries, inspections, and system testing; work is primarily office-based onsite in DFW.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
