A design-driven real estate development team in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Architect to help create standout mixed-use, multifamily, restaurant, gym, and tenant improvement projects from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, hands-on team where your drawings, design ideas, and project leadership will directly shape highly detailed spaces that people will live in, visit, and remember.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 5+ years of professional architecture experience, ideally with mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, with strong project management and design coordination experience
- Develop architectural drawings, technical documentation, design development documents, construction documents, RFIs, and submittals
- Coordinate closely with ownership, lead architects, consultants, construction managers, contractors, and internal development teams
- Apply knowledge of building codes, life safety, building systems, and architectural standards to keep projects compliant and on track
- AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit, BIM workflows, Procore, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Lumion, or ArchiCAD experience preferred
- Support construction administration, site visits, submittal reviews, field coordination, and design intent verification
- Strong eye for interiors, finishes, FF&E, custom details, and hands-on design execution preferred
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
