An exciting opportunity is available for an Architectural Project Manager in Palm Desert, CA with a growing, full-service multidisciplinary design firm known for thoughtful residential and commercial spaces, hands-on principal involvement, and a collaborative, laid-back team culture. This is a great opportunity to join a firm where communication, design quality, and client service are highly valued, while working on local and regional projects across residential, commercial, and fast-casual dining sectors.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- 5-8 years of experience as an architectural Project Manager, with strong communication skills as a top priority.
- Manage residential, commercial, and fast-casual dining projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with principals, clients, consultants, and internal team members to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, documentation, and project deliverables using 2D drafting experience.
- Work in a Mac-based Vectorworks office, with Vectorworks training provided as needed.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Affinity tools to support project presentations and design documentation.
- Travel periodically for project meetings and site visits as needed.
- Licensure is not required, though candidates pursuing licensure will receive firm support.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
