This Luxury Residential Maintenance Technician opportunity blends skilled carpentry with hands-on general maintenance in a low-turnover, high-retention environment built for long-term growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Luxury Residential Maintenance Technician position include:
- 5+ years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience; luxury residential experience strongly preferred
- Strong carpentry skills, including framing, drywall, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom woodwork
- General maintenance and repair capabilities across plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and structural issues
- Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to precise specifications
- Perform on-site repairs, installations, and finishing work (paint, stains, sealants) to high standards
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and solve problems on the spot while maintaining quality
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications; ensure safe work in compliance with codes and protocols
- Use work-order tools and maintain accurate up-to-date records of completed work, time, materials, and job status, including notes and pictures
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00/hr
