Senior Project Architect — Path to Principal/Partner is an exciting opportunity to help lead a highly collaborative, design-forward team while stepping into a defined trajectory toward ownership.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:
- Supervise and collaborate with staff on design and detailing across schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Provide project quality control and technical oversight
- Pursue new clients and business relationships to support firm growth
- Contribute to firm leadership and strategic direction as the role advances toward partnership
- Licensed architect with substantial experience at the senior project architect or associate principal level
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ADA, and ANSI accessibility standards
- Excellent client communication and business development skills
Salary: $100,000–$150,000+ per year, with flexibility for the right candidate.
