This exciting Structural Engineer PE opportunity in Chattanooga, TN is with a highly respected consulting engineering firm known for its outstanding retention, flexible culture, and steady project pipeline. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer PE position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license required
- 5+ years of experience in architectural and industrial projects
- Revit experience required; RISA 3D highly preferred
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis, and construction documents
- Manage projects from proposal through completion with minimal oversight
- Perform shop drawing reviews, respond to RFIs, conduct site observations, and complete occasional structural inspections
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and building contractors on commercial and industrial projects
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
