Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 2+ years of project management experience in construction
- Some estimating experience or interest in learning estimating duties
- Ability to work primarily in an office environment with occasional job site visits
- Experience or interest in commercial construction projects; industrial or residential backgrounds will also be considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire to grow with a smaller company and contribute long-term
- Assist with project management and estimating for commercial construction projects typically ranging from $300,000 to $500,000
- Coordinate with office staff, field crews, subcontractors, and company leadership to support successful project delivery
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including individual health insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k) after 1 year with profit sharing and a 3% match, two weeks of vacation with up to three weeks maximum, company-provided transportation for job site visits, and possible discretionary performance-based bonuses.
