Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Refrigeration Specialist position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience and 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience
- 2+ years of commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience
- Refrigeration Trade School certificate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Travel domestically up to 80% to provide regional technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems
- Lead refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives across multiple facilities
- Develop standardized maintenance procedures, troubleshooting protocols, and partner with leadership, engineering groups, and vendors to improve performance, consistency, and compliance
Salary: $119,600 - $161,700 per year, commensurate with experience.
