Step into a rewarding opportunity as an Asbestos Project Manager and Estimator based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Midwest project focus. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asbestos Project Manager and Estimator position include:
- Experience managing asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, demolition, or related specialty construction projects
- Experience with estimating, takeoffs, bid review, scope development, or preconstruction support for asbestos or related work
- Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, state, and local asbestos compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, bid documents, and environmental reports
- Ability to track production, billing progress, change orders, procurement needs, and project closeout requirements
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest
- Valid driver’s license required; Wisconsin asbestos certifications, OSHA 30, AHERA project experience, and 40-hour HAZWOPER are preferred
Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a bonus program starting at 5% of annual gross salary with upside based on performance and profitability, medical coverage through United Healthcare after 90 days with the company paying 70% of employee premiums for individual coverage, a company-provided laptop upon request, paid time off, and paid holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
