Description
Step into a high-mix, aerospace-focused manufacturing environment in New Britain, CT where precision, speed, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. Manufacturing Engineer will play a hands-on role supporting production and optimizing CNC machining processes in a climate-controlled shop with a strong backlog.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of experience in machining and manufacturing operations, with aerospace manufacturing preferred
- Strong, hands-on machining background supporting production on the shop floor
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix environment with multiple active setups
- Strong knowledge of ITAR environments
- SolidWorks experience required and Mastercam preferred
- Support manufacturing optimization and continuous improvement
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Swiss machining experience is highly desirable
Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
