This HVAC Service Technician opportunity in Charlotte, NC 28273 pairs hands-on troubleshooting and repair work with a supportive culture and room to advance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience in residential, commercial, or both
- Perform service, repair, and troubleshooting across a variety of systems
- Support occasional commercial installation work as needed
- Diagnose HVAC issues and recommend effective solutions based on findings
- Use Housecall Pro for job details and dispatch
- Travel within a typically 50-mile radius of Charlotte (occasional day trips within NC or SC)
- Maintain a clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening
- Communicate professionally with customers while working independently
Salary: $26-$34/hour, based on experience.
