This Controls Engineer opportunity is based at a plant location in Sun Valley and offers a hands-on role troubleshooting and improving industrial automation systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controls Engineer position include:
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience with hands-on troubleshooting of automated equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines considered)
- Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, motors, and industrial control systems
- Allen-Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk experience preferred
- Prefer experience in food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing
- Troubleshoot and support automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Work on the production floor to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
- Support preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, commissioning, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards
Salary: $70,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
