This Commercial HVAC Service Technician opportunity is a great fit for a skilled pro who wants independence, quality work, and long-term stability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with solid service experience
- Experience servicing rooftop units and knowledge of condensers and coils
- Ability to install HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Complete accurate electronic job notes/documentation
- Maintain reliable communication with customers and the office
- Follow through on assignments and take the time to do work correctly
- Valid driver’s license and own hand tools
Salary: $33-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: Take-home company van, company fuel/gas card, and company cell phone. Medical benefits are targeted for September. A retirement plan is planned for next year, and an end-of-year bonus program is being developed.
