This HVAC Service Technician opportunity offers a company vehicle, independent field work, and strong earning potential through an hourly start and commission afterward.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 2+ years of service technician experience required; hands-on service experience preferred
- Perform service work for residential and light commercial customers within the assigned local territory
- Diagnose service needs, complete repairs, and support customer solutions in the field
- Manage multiple jobs efficiently and professionally
- Represent the company well while working independently at customer locations
- Participate in some weekend work as needed
- Must pass a clean background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in a local territory-based role with a company vehicle (technician can take the vehicle home)
Salary: $25-$35/hr for first month, then commission-based with expectation of reaching $100,000
