The Commercial HVAC Service Technician position in Fall City, WA is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, well-established HVAC contractor with decades of consistent ownership, a strong Puget Sound customer base, and a reputation for quality service. This service-only role is perfect for a skilled technician who wants home dispatch, a company vehicle, steady overtime potential, and the chance to work on high-end medical, senior living, high-tech, and light commercial facilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Several years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Universal EPA Certification required and controls experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a drug test and background check, and ability to verify U.S. citizenship when required for facility access.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-to-medium commercial HVAC equipment, including systems up to 100 tons.
- Complete multiple service calls per day, identify equipment failures, order parts, and coordinate return visits as needed.
- Complete electronic service reports using company-issued technology while maintaining professional communication with customers.
- Participate in required overtime, weekend work as needed, and a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks.
- Work in a service-only role with no installation responsibilities and no chiller experience required.
- Washington State 06A Electrical License is a plus
Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
