Take your engineering expertise on the road and make a real impact in industrial filtration and fluid-power performance across the country. In this Field Application Engineer opportunity based in Allegheny County, PA, you’ll work hands-on with equipment at customer sites and company facilities while supporting product success from the field.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Application Engineer position include:
- At least two (2) years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (BSME, BSIE, or BSEE)
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- At least two (2) years of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Travel extensively, including overnight trips of 2–3 nights per week
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair filtration-related equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used; communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
