Bring your specialty construction expertise to a fast-moving, residential exterior contractor in the Greater Los Angeles area where quality, technical problem-solving, and subcontractor performance directly shape outcomes. In this Senior Project Manager opportunity, you’ll help manage sold work through completion, coordinate technical details with engineers and trades, and keep multiple projects moving with confidence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years in masonry or relevant civil/structural hillside construction, with strong residential exterior experience.
- Review sales handoff for completeness and accuracy across scope, materials, site conditions, and construction details.
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing, scheduling, access, sequencing, and completion to protect quality and margins.
- Visit jobs to verify progress and workmanship, resolve problems on site, and meet clients or inspectors.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineers when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with clients and manage changes, delays, and concerns.
- Move projects toward completion and billing while protecting gross profit.
- Comfortably manage a high volume of concurrent specialty projects (often 12–15 active projects).
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
