Description
Construction Project Manager needed in The Woodlands, TX for a publicly traded hospitality and workforce housing organization that builds and deploys large-scale workforce hubs and remote-site commercial facilities across multiple states. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial construction professional who enjoys multi-site projects, extensive field involvement, modular building deployments, and the chance to help deliver critical projects across West Texas, North Texas, Utah, Wyoming, and beyond.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with 7+ years preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required
- Experience managing multi-state, multi-site commercial projects, preferably hospitality, restaurant, or modular construction
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and closeout processes
- Lead contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams while prioritizing safety, quality, and collaboration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Track budgets, forecasts, expenditures, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting
- Ability to travel extensively, more than 75% of the time, with typical schedules of 5–6 weeks onsite and 2 weeks off at home paid
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a 10% annual bonus contingent on company performance, $9,000 annual vehicle allowance, paid work-related travel, lodging and food while onsite, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, 401k, holidays, vacation, and potential relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
