Bring your project leadership to a respected construction team in Fort Worth, TX, where design-build delivery and meticulous workmanship drive results on large commercial and industrial builds. In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll gain beginning-to-end involvement on major projects while working in a small, family-oriented environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years managing large commercial and industrial construction projects with a stable work history
- Construction-related degree required
- Lead large design-build efforts, including manufacturing plants, factories, and warehouses
- Coordinate project planning and execution to support timely completion and staying within budget
- Use Bluebeam and Sage (preferred)
- Collaborate closely with a Construction Manager and Project Managers within a small office and field team
- Manage projects with a client-centered approach and attention to detail before, during, and after construction
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
