Build your future with a hands-on construction team delivering commercial, hospitality, and small custom residential projects in the Paso Robles, CA area, including the high-profile development. This Construction Project Manager / Superintendent hybrid role blends field leadership, project engineering, and office-based project management for a true turnkey ownership experience.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager / Superintendent position include:
- 2+ years of construction experience with exposure to both field and office responsibilities
- Comfort working outside a narrowly defined PM or superintendent role; adaptable and eager to learn new processes
- Assist the lead superintendent with daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce OSHA standards (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain the project schedule
- Perform quality control inspections and help resolve field issues as needed
- Support project documentation (RFIs, submittals, and change orders) and maintain accurate project records
- Track project progress, material deliveries, subcontractor performance, and assist with cost control and procurement
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
