Step into a remote, senior-level role driving fast-paced commercial and civil projects with a team that values stability and low turnover. In this Senior Commercial/Civil Project Manager opportunity, you’ll own projects from inception through closeout while coordinating across the field and office, with site visits primarily between Virginia and Florida.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial/Civil Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of commercial/civil construction project management experience, including QSR and ground-up construction.
- Manage projects from inception through closeout, including scheduling, procurement, documentation, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and materials management.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and mentor project teams, including regular site visits for progress monitoring and quality control.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health insurance with 50% employer coverage and reimbursement for the remaining 50% noted; 401(k) with 4% match; cell phone reimbursement; paid travel; and PTO/vacation.
