In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead Progressive Design-Build work from initial planning through construction closeout, serving as a trusted owner-facing partner throughout the process.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- At least five years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, including 3+ years on public mental wellness or public healthcare projects.
- Experience implementing Progressive Design-Build projects for public agencies, including Progressive Design-Build contract administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong understanding of Progressive Design-Build contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with project controls, cost management, scheduling, documentation, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary owner liaison and represent the owner at public forums and meetings.
- Lead project meetings, manage project data and approvals, and coordinate assigned construction management staff and stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, plus experience with Prolog and Primavera and proficiency with document control systems.
Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
