Build your future with a respected concrete contractor serving Western Arizona with dependable, year-round commercial and government work. This Commercial Concrete Finisher opportunity is based in Lake Havasu City, AZ, with projects throughout Arizona.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Concrete Finisher position include:
- Commercial concrete finishing experience required, with proven ability to produce high-quality work to commercial standards.
- Experience finishing commercial slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, parking lots, and other structural concrete work.
- Place, screed, bull float, hand float, edge, joint, trowel, and finish concrete to commercial specifications.
- Read and follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions with minimal supervision.
- Consistently meet production schedules while maintaining company standards for workmanship.
- Work safely alongside construction crews and heavy equipment on commercial and government projects.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and contribute as a team player.
Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, demonstrated ability, work ethic, and overall fit.
Benefits: Healthcare with 50% paid by the employer; 1 week paid vacation; and Arizona minimum sick time.
