Senior Project Manager opportunity in Orlando, FL with a growing mid-sized general contractor that has been in business since 2009 and generates approximately $40M in annual revenue. This is an exciting chance to join a company that runs on EOS, values having the right people in the right seats, and offers a dynamic 50/50 office and jobsite role for a construction leader who can manage projects, people, clients, budgets, schedules, and documentation with confidence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction design, finance, and management, with commercial construction experience required.
- Four-year construction or engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and client-facing platforms such as E-Builder or Trimble.
- Manage overall project administration, objectives, procedures, performance standards, schedules, budgets, contracts, and client/vendor communication.
- Monitor construction and financial activities to ensure projects are completed in compliance with contracts, on schedule, and within budget.
- Prepare estimates, review proposals, drawings, specifications, takeoffs, and attend pre-bid and project meetings.
- Supervise and support project managers, project coordinators, site managers, and coordinate with field leadership and in-house trades.
- Maintain strong administrative follow-through, adhere to SOPs and internal guidelines, and handle required project documentation.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance with 50% paid the first 2 years, 75% paid from years 2-4, and 100% paid after 4 years for the individual employee, family coverage available at the employee’s expense, a 401(k) with 4% match, PTO after 90 days with 15 days plus 1 additional day added annually up to 20 days, 1 floating holiday, local travel only, and mileage reimbursement.
