This CNC Process Engineer opportunity is with a very well-established and growing precision machining company offering advanced CNC technology, a family-oriented culture, long-term stability through a diverse customer base, and the chance to make a major impact across approximately 40 CNC machines.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Process Engineer position include:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining and/or process engineering experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Fanuc controls, G-code, tooling, offsets, alarms, and probing.
- CNC programming experience using Mastercam.
- Support production across CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, multi-axis turning centers, and 5-axis mills.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machining processes to improve cycle times, efficiency, and workflow.
- Assist machinists and operators with setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and technical production support.
- Collaborate with production leadership to improve throughput, quality, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- CMM programming, quoting/estimating, and supervisory or leadership experience are preferred but not required.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
