Our client is a well respected Design and Engineering firm. They are a large company with several locations. They had been searching for a skilled Architect to fill their opening for two months prior to asking for our assistance.

We were assigned the position on 11/2/15. Using a few of our many sourcing tools to locate great candidates, we found Roland’s resume on Monster. Roland was an unemployed Architect when we first contacted him, and seeking a position within 3 hours of his home. He enjoyed driving and did not mind to commute, and liked listening to audio books during his drive. I contacted him on 11/4/15 and he started his new position on 11/30/15.
