Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Sales opportunity include:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a background in boiler room equipment (boilers, steam systems, heat exchangers, hydronic pumps)
  • Strong track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, manage sales opportunities, and execute strategic plans to increase market share and meet sales objectives
  • Provide customer support through site visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and timely resolution of issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Engage in marketing activities such as trade shows, maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, and mentor junior sales staff to promote company products and enhance team performance

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
