Multi-Family Construction Superintendent

Introduction

DAVRON was contacted by a multi-family construction firm in need of a superintendent/project manager in the Campbell, California area.  Our recruiter Dave went to work immediately, searching through our various databases and resume sources.  It was extremely important to our client that we locate a candidate that was a 10/10 and met their complete list of requirements.

DAVRON Solution: Diligent recruiting efforts overcome talent scarcity.

We are currently in an incredibly competitive job market, with 2.2% unemployment in Engineering, Architecture and Construction fields, vastly limiting the talent pool of available candidates.  We located a candidate that we felt was perfect for the position, however he was currently working.  Our recruiter, Dave Ceyrolles, was industrious in his efforts to pursue this Rockstar candidate.  After two weeks of trying to reach him, Dave and the candidate finally came together. It was good timing, because the candidate had just been laid-off.

Summary

The candidate was presented to our client, they interviewed him right away on Friday.  They made him an offer, and he started work immediately the following Monday.  It was a great match, and without the continuous efforts of our recruiter, locating this candidate would have become a drawn-out and frustrating process.
