Build your future with a rapidly expanding steel fabrication team in Rhome, TX, where your leadership directly shapes project execution and shop performance. As a Structural Steel Operations Manager, you will oversee skid operations and help drive efficient, safe production from scheduling through delivery.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Steel Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural steel, or production operations
- Oversee skid operations across fabrication and welding-related production areas
- Coordinate production schedules, project timelines, and workflow priorities
- Work with outside clients as needed to support project setup, scheduling, and execution
- Provide leadership to foremen and production teams
- Ensure production goals, quality expectations, and safety standards are met
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and operational leaders to keep projects moving efficiently
- Experience managing teams, schedules, and production workflows; strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
