Description
Step into a fast-moving Austin-area foundation and structural repair operation where your scheduling decisions directly keep crews, customers, and production aligned. In this Production Coordinator / Scheduling Coordinator role, you’ll serve as the administrative hub for sold customer jobs, working closely with the Production Manager to deliver clear timelines and smooth coordination. This full-time position is primarily office-based in the Austin, TX area, with general hours of 8 AM–5 PM and some flexibility.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Production Coordinator position include:
- Construction scheduling experience preferred.
- Review sold contracts and verify required job information is complete and accurate.
- Contact customers to schedule foundation and structural repair work and collect initial deposits.
- Build and manage schedules for short-duration construction jobs, supporting approximately 6–10 crews/jobs per day at full capacity.
- Coordinate around weather delays, schedule changes, and customer communication needs.
- Follow up to ensure required permits are open before jobs and closed after completion, including confirming city-limit or permitting account details.
- Support subcontractor invoice intake, reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
- Communicate professionally and clearly, and work closely with the Production Manager and field team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Salary: $16-$20/hour, with potential commissions/spiffs for upsells, positive reviews, and other qualifying opportunities.
